Sebastian Estates is a luxury townhouse complex located in Center Township, Beaver County PA. The property was 3.85 acres of gently sloping topography. 9,000 cubic yards of earth was moved to allow for 3 buildings. Buildings 1 and 2 consisted of five units per building and the 3rd building consisted of 6 units with each unit consisting of 2,200 sq ft.

Infrastructure and Site Work

The development undertaking was significant in that all utilities (roads, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, gas and electric) all had to be installed prior to building construction.
