Roman Estates is a 40 unit luxury apartment complex located in Center Township, Beaver County PA. The property was 5.25 acres of heavily wooded sloping topography. 6,000 cubic yards of earth was moved to allow for 3 apartment buildings and an office/ clubhouse

Infrastructure and Site Work

The development undertaking was significant in that all utilities (roads, water, sanitary, sewer, storm sewer, gas and electric) all had to be installed prior to building construction.

Infrastructure Overview

• 1,500 ft of sewer and water line was installed
• 1,500 ft of road
• Parking surface for over 100 vehicles
• 2,500 ft of storm sewer
• Underground storm water retention pond
• Underground electric, gas, and cable
• Redistributed 15,000 cu yards of dirt
• 200 ft retaining walls

Building Construction

Building 1 consists of ten luxury apartment units 2,3 and 4 bedroom. The building consisting of 16,000 sq ft of under roof finished space. A 5 unit detached garage is located adjacent to the building.

Building 2 consists of ten luxury apartment units 2,3 and 4 bedroom. The building consisting of 16,000 sq ft of under roof finished space. A 5 unit detached garage is located adjacent to the building.

Building 3 consists of twenty luxury apartment units 2,3 and 4 bedroom. The building consisting of 32,000 sq ft of under roof finished space. A 10 unit detached garage is located adjacent to the building.

All buildings are a mix of brick and vinyl exterior which adds a beautiful appeal to a well built and superbly designed interior space.
