Olivia Estates is a townhouse complex located in Hopewell Township, Beaver County PA. The property previously housed the Beaver Lakes Golf Course Clubhouse. A retaining wall 18’ high by 300’ long had to be constructed to elevate the townhouse to provide a spectacular view of the golf course. Three buildings each consisting of four units each were constructed overlooking what was known as Shadow Lakes Country Club

Infrastructure and Site Work

The development undertaking was significant. Demolition of the previous clubhouse had to be completed along with the installation of all utilities and roads prior to building construction.

Center Township is a suburban community located approximately 25 miles (40 km) northwest of Pittsburgh. As of the 2010 census it had a population of 11,795.

Center Township is home to two colleges, Penn State Beaver and Community College of Beaver County. Center Township is also one of the largest retail centers in the area. Ambitious municipal and recreation programs include a system of parks and playgrounds with picnic areas, recreation programs and a Community Youth Center.
